Send us an email with a picture of your damaged product within 3 business days of arrival to hello@mysticalberries.com and we will send you a replacement at no cost.


+ I received the wrong items. What do I do?

Whoopsie! Please send us an email at hello@mysticalberries.com within 3 business days of receiving the wrong item, and we will replace your items with the correct one at no extra cost!
