Exercise Hacks For Lazy Bitches

I've never been a gym-workout kinda girl. I often hear people tell me. . "Oh it's easy for you to work out or stay healthy because your partner's into health & fitness" and all I want to do is . . . 


Having a healthy partner can only take you as far as eating healthy food when you doing out, ordering less pizza (because I can barely make pass the 3rd slice!) or having no junk food at home. Buttt after that you are all on your own!

Therefore, I decided to find & try different things to get my booty shaking while at the same time still being something I can do at home.

Regardless of how lazy you are, moving your body is good for your body, mind & soul. It helps in producing endorphins and if you’ve seen Legally Blonde you know, endorphins make you happy & (happy people don’t shoot their husband) happy people encourage & uplift those around them too.


 

Here are some easy exercise hacks for lazy bitches -

    • Workout while running a bath or before you get in the shower. You can do 30 squats or 30 lunges. 

    • You can do a few different exercises while watching Netflix. You can take breaks in between the episodes or if you doing a marathon, keep the TV on and do crunches, leg lifts or plank.

    • Dance party in between calls, before shower or while cooking. Get Alexa to play your favorite songs & dance it out!

    • Find a fitness buddy. It’s more fun to work out with a friend than doing it by yourself. You can enroll in fitness classes together & do Zumba or kickboxing.

    • Stretch! Do yoga at home. It’s less intensive & you can easily do it while watching TV or catching up on some Youtube videos.

  • Sit on an exercise ball when working on your laptop. Replace your chair time with 30mins on an exercise ball.
