Autumn Self Care Bucket List 2019
Mattie Elliott brilliantly expresses the autumn feels in his quote - "I see the turning of a leaf dancing in an autumn sun, and brilliant shades of crimson glowing when a day is done."

Here are some things to help you -
Go to a Farmer's Market - If you not a farmer's market kinda person, challenge yourself to spend a day exploring the aisles at a local market, picking ingredients & cooking only using what you picked. But if you do love a farmer's market, ditch the grocery store this season & buy all your food organic & fresh directly from the local businesses.
Go on nature's walk - Put your phone away and take a walk in nature. There's nothing more satisfying than enjoying your own company. It'll give you a chance to be with your own thoughts and make more sense of them. With a few months left in 2020, it's also a good time to reflect on the months gone by, the accomplishments & the blessings.
Create your own at-home spa experience - Grab your favorite book, fill the tub & add in Epsom salt or essential oil because it's time to pamper yourself (no shame)! Soak in the bubbles & let yourself relax! Recreate your at-home spa day by tending to your nails, running a loooong bath & listening to your favorite playlist.
